About the role

We at Future People are now looking for an experienced consultant in HR and payroll systems for an assignment with one of Sweden's larger housing companies. The assignment encompasses the entire process from needs analysis and requirements specification to procurement, implementation, and follow-up. You will be the driving force in the project and work closely with the client's HR, finance, and IT departments. Your role is to ensure that the transition of HR and payroll systems occurs efficiently, with high quality and in line with the organization's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a current state analysis and develop a requirements specification.
• Define needs together with key personnel in the organization.
• Compare and evaluate different suppliers during the procurement phase.
• Project manage the implementation together with the client's internal resources.
• Follow up and evaluate the implementation.
• Monitor the market and analyze how other players in the industry operate.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience in project managing the entire process of changing HR and payroll systems, from needs analysis to follow-up.
• Has very good knowledge of the market for HR and payroll systems.
• Has at least 5 years of practical experience with the entire payroll process from start to finish in companies with more than 200 employees.
• Has very good system skills and deep knowledge of GDPR.
• Has solid experience collaborating with finance and IT departments.
