Main responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries primarily via phone, but also via email
• Handle and resolve customer issues
• Deliver an excellent service experience

Qualifications, requirements:

• Swedish and English
• Previous experience in customer service or customer support

• Have a strong drive to help customers and always deliver high-quality service with a positive attitude. Customer satisfaction is always the focus.
• Have excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form, and be fluent in Swedish and English. Knowledge of other languages is always an advantage.
• Be accustomed to working and familiarizing yourself with new systems.
• Feel comfortable using the phone as your primary working tool.
