Your Assignment

As a Business Controller with us, you will work closely with the business and be an important partner in financial matters. You will work with budgets, forecasts, year-end closings, analysis, and reporting. The role involves supporting management with financial data and contributing to the development of the business area's financial governance. The company is now divided into two business areas: assets and operations. In the asset business area, the economy related to our properties is managed, including investments, project economy development, and ongoing management. In the operations business area, events and swimming activities are managed.

You will be part of the finance department, which consists of the accounting and payroll unit, as well as the controlling unit where you report to the controller manager. The role requires a lot of contact with colleagues, and you will continuously collaborate with the business area management, accounting unit, quality controller, and relevant colleagues within the company and the municipality. We work in an activity-based environment and offer flexible working hours with the possibility to work both on-site and remotely.

Your Background

We are looking for someone with a university degree in economics. To succeed in the role, you need to have experience in budget work and financial follow-up. The job requires good knowledge of Excel. You also need to have good oral and written communication skills in Swedish.

As a person, you are structured and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. You understand economic relationships and the factors that lead to a business with balanced finances. Furthermore, you have the ability to see the bigger picture and view issues from a broader perspective. The job suits you if you are analytical and good at seeing connections and solving complex issues and problems.
