In the encounter, you as a sales associate can turn someone’s day around in just a few seconds. A customer walks in, maybe a little tired after the day – and walks out with a pink bag filled with confidence, glow, and the feeling of being seen. That’s exactly how we want it to feel! WOW!

We are now looking for a new colleague to our wonderful team in Lyko Linden! 🤩 We are looking for someone who can work 4 hours a week. This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period ⭐

What you will focus on
Together, we constantly strive to give our customers a world-class experience, and in that work, you as a sales associate are on the front line. As a sales associate at Lyko, you are so much more than “just” a sales associate – you are an advisor, inspirer, and an important part of the customer experience. With us, it’s about meeting every customer for real. You make contact, listen, and share your knowledge in a personal way – always with the goal of helping the customer find the right product for their needs. That’s how we create that magical feeling of having been both seen and boosted ✨ In addition to customer interaction, you will also be responsible for daily operations including orders, restocking products, and visual campaign setup. You will also be responsible for the overall impression in the store, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and inspiring – spotless, simply put!

• Love beauty! Sharing knowledge and ideas with customers and colleagues is the most fun you know
• Are a passionate seller who loves customer interaction and is driven by achieving results
• As a person, you are an unpretentious and engaged energy spreader
• Are flexible and enjoy working in a team as well as independently
• Are used to handling many different tasks in your daily work and have a structured approach
• Are likely trained as a makeup artist, hairdresser, or skincare therapist
• Are at least 18 years old

Start date: 01-10-2025 or by agreement

Employment type: Permanent position

Scope: 4 hours a week

Salary: According to collective agreement
