About the role In this role, you will lead the operations for our region in Linköping and surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong business sense and strategic ability to elevate our regional presence to the next level.

At Qamcom Linköping, you will collaborate with a fantastic engineering team specializing in hardware, embedded systems, and functional safety. We look forward to continuing to build and develop our strong team of top engineers together with you. With your ability to win key customer projects, we will develop innovative technical solutions that meet market needs and create clear results for our customers and society. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to work closely with central functions at Qamcom such as HR, recruitment, marketing, and financial follow-up to ensure effective and successful work at all levels.

Responsibilities 

• Be responsible for the sales of advanced technology projects with a high engineering level and identify exciting assignments for our consultants
• Drive the regional growth strategy by developing and maintaining relationships with key customers
• Manage the daily operations related to the Linköping region
• Hold personnel responsibility including recruitment, resource allocation, and team development
• Collaborate closely with other regional managers, project leaders, and business developers across Qamcom

Your background We are looking for a business-driven leader with a proven track record in sales and building successful teams. You have strategic thinking, clear leadership, and the ability to engage and develop your employees towards common goals.

• Proven experience in advanced technical sales
• Well-developed business network in the Linköping region and surrounding areas
• Good technical competence and understanding of embedded systems and electronics
• Experience in leading high-performing teams
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form
• Swedish citizenship is required due to regulatory and contractual requirements.

Meritorious

• Technical university education or equivalent in a relevant field
• Experience in project sales or sales of complex B2B technology solutions
• Experience collaborating with customers from the defense industry
