As a project manager with us at Sopra Steria, you play an important role in delivering to our clients. In our projects, you will navigate the intersection of IT and business, utilizing your ability to lead, inspire, and motivate your team towards self-management and collaboration every day. The projects vary in nature, both large and small, with colleagues from Sopra Steria nationally as well as with colleagues at our clients.

As a project manager, we believe you are well-versed in classic project methods as well as agile frameworks, and that you have solid experience in leadership roles within implementation or development projects for digital solutions. It is important to us that you are accustomed to working with clients, stakeholders, and other parties in complex environments, as we often undertake advanced assignments. We believe you have a genuine interest in digitalization and technical solutions, and that you share our vision of simplifying and improving people's everyday lives through innovative solutions for a sustainable and equitable future.

About You

• 7+ years of experience in project management within digitalization
• Good experience in driving technical deliveries/implementation projects on-site with clients
• Accustomed to conducting follow-ups and reporting according to agreed processes
• Possess a good business sense that enables participation in business development with clients
• Have a relevant higher education degree
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Desirable if you are certified in PMI, Prince2, or similar
• Desirable if you have previous consulting experience
• Desirable if you have industry experience from the health and medical sector, energy, or telecommunications
