We are looking for you who are already or want to become a restaurant employee and take your place in Bastard Burgers restaurant, to prepare and serve Sweden's best burgers. You are open to varied tasks and can work both in the kitchen and at the cash register. You love food and understand the importance of quality and culinary craftsmanship. As a restaurant employee at Bastard Burgers, you will work in a fast-paced environment, and it is therefore extra important that you understand that communication is crucial for smooth and enjoyable teamwork. There will be stressful moments in a restaurant, but you handle them effectively and with a solution-focused approach.

You have the right attitude and a wonderful personality, where you understand that you are incredibly important to both the guests and your colleagues, which is why you come to work with good energy - just like the rest of the team. For you, it is a given that guests should receive the best service. Your CV is not as important as your willingness to work and develop together with us - we already have the knowledge and are happy to share it.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education requirement: none
• Experience requirement: none, but previous experience in the restaurant and service industry is a plus
• Language requirement: speaks English or Swedish. It is a plus if you master both languages.
• We would like you to be cooperative, have a positive attitude, be engaged with Bastard Burgers, and preferably have some knowledge about us already!
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• We also prefer that you live in the vicinity of the unit
