A Leadership Role with Real Impact As a qualified team leader at Securus, you will play a central role in leading and developing a group of security personnel who work closely with the police, correctional services, and other community-supporting actors. This is a position for those who want to combine operational presence with clear leadership in an environment where responsibility, structure, and safety are crucial every day.

You are responsible for ensuring that the division of labor functions, that security procedures are followed, and that the team has the right conditions to succeed in their assignments. The role is both practical and strategic; you will alternate between being a contact person for clients, supporting and training staff, managing vehicles and equipment, and participating in security assignments as needed. All with the goal of delivering safety and quality in every operation.

Your Mission in Brief The role includes leading daily operations, introducing and developing employees, and ensuring that everyone acts according to our regulations and ethical guidelines. You will act as a contact person for authorities, develop instructions for temporary assignments, and handle practical matters such as uniform distribution, vehicle logistics, and simpler administration. Your ability to assess risks and make decisions under pressure is crucial for the smooth operation of the business.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has solid experience in security work – preferably in collaboration with the police, correctional services, or other authorities. You have previously held a leadership role, such as team leader, instructor, or coordinator. You are trained as a security guard (VU1 + VU2) and protection guard, and have good experience working operationally in the field.

To succeed in the role, you need to have high integrity, strong situational awareness, and be confident in making quick decisions. You are a good communicator and can switch between structure, service, and authority depending on the situation. A B driver's license is required.

It is advantageous if you also have:

• Experience from the Armed Forces, Correctional Services, or Police

• Training in self-defense, crisis preparedness, or evacuation leadership

• Leadership experience from shift work

• Experience working in vulnerable or complex environments
