Who are you?

  • Certified nursing assistant training – You are a trained nursing assistant and have proof of a protected professional title.
  • Fluent in Swedish – You master Swedish in both spoken and written form and can document professionally.
  • Driver's license B – You are a safe and experienced driver who navigates well in traffic.
  • Independent and responsible – You take responsibility for your tasks and perform them with quality, even without direct supervision.
  • Empathetic and attentive – You have a genuine interest in helping people and recognize each individual's unique needs.
  • Communicative – You express yourself clearly and respectfully with clients, relatives, and colleagues.
  • Flexible and solution-oriented – You adapt quickly to changes and new situations.
  • Meticulous and responsible – You take responsibility for your tasks and perform them with high quality.
  • Digitally skilled – You are comfortable using mobile phones and digital systems in your work.
  • Documentation - You are confident in documentation according to SoL (Social Services Act)
  • Calm under pressure – You maintain focus and make good decisions even in more stressful situations.
  • Confident in delegating work – You can plan and redistribute tasks in case of absence or changes.

Job Responsibilities - What will you do?

As a staff member in our home care service, you work in our clients' homes based on assistance decisions and implementation plans. The role includes both care work and extended responsibility during certain shifts. Examples of job tasks:

  • Personal care – Assistance with hygiene, dressing and undressing, and toilet visits.
  • Meal support – Help with cooking, serving, and feeding if needed.
  • Supervision and companionship – Create security and social community in everyday life.
  • Support at home – Help with cleaning, laundry, shopping, and other household chores.
  • Social interaction – Accompany on walks and contribute to the client's well-being.
  • Documentation – Accurate and professional documentation according to SoL in digital systems.
  • Extended responsibility evening/weekend – Answer incoming calls, ensure staff are present, plan changes in case of absence, and write reports to the responsible manager/planner.

Areas of Responsibility

This role includes extended responsibility which may involve other tasks such as;

  • On-call phone - During evenings and weekends, you are responsible for answering incoming calls from clients, relatives, and staff.
  • Control of staff attendance - You are responsible for ensuring that all staff have arrived for their shifts and that all staff are back at the end of the workday.
  • Planning - You are responsible for planning changes in case of absence when the regular planner and team leader are not present.
  • Report writing - You write reports to the responsible manager/planner at the end of the shift.
  • Distribution of tasks - You assist in distributing tasks in the absence of the planner/team leader.

Work Period and Hours

Position - Permanent employment, probationary period applies. 

Schedule - Rolling schedule day/evening with work every other weekend.

Workplace - You will start from our office in central Täby. We believe that you live nearby so that commuting to and from work is not burdensome.
