Do you want to be part of building a department and driving sales forward for one of Sweden's strongest brands in kitchens, bathrooms, and storage? Do you have experience in real estate development or new construction and want to work with larger deals and projects? Then this could be the perfect role for you!

At Ballingslöv, you will have the opportunity to work with project sales and sell customized solutions to corporate clients. You will be a key person in our B2B sales team and be part of our growth journey. We are looking for an engaged and driven Account Manager who can take the department further and create long-term business relationships.

The work will involve:

  • Sales and customer relations: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, such as construction companies, property developers, and companies in new construction.
  • Needs analysis and consulting: Identify customer needs and create solutions based on our range that match their requirements, often by designing kitchens based on completed drawings.
  • Design and drawing: Draw and present kitchen designs for corporate clients. You will use design tools and programs to create detailed drawings.
  • Quoting and negotiation: Prepare quotes, manage prices, and negotiate terms to ensure profitable deals.
  • Project management: Follow up on delivery and installation to ensure the project runs according to plan. Work closely with both internal and external parties to achieve the best results.
  • Follow-up and customer service: After the sale, continue to create long-term relationships and ensure that the customer is satisfied throughout the process.

What do we expect from you? We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong drive, who is used to building and maintaining long-term business relationships. You should be results-oriented, self-driven, and have experience and the ability to handle large deals and projects. We see that you have:

  • Sales experience in B2B and the construction industry, and an established network of relevant customer contacts.
  • Experience and knowledge in negotiation techniques, have worked in Excel and design programs, and have made presentations.
  • Good technical understanding and knowledge in construction is an advantage to guide and provide customized solutions to corporate clients.
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement, and you need to feel comfortable communicating in English when necessary.
  • Driver's license
