We are looking for

salespeople who want to meet our private customers in their homes to assist them in their choices of solar panels, batteries, and charging boxes. The job involves a lot of contact with people, requiring good communication skills and the ability to listen to the customer. Our customers are sometimes very knowledgeable about solar energy and sometimes the area is completely new to them, so it is extremely important that you can adapt your communication so they understand and get answers to their questions.

We believe that you

have previously worked in some form of proactive sales. This could be in field sales but could also be through active upselling. If you have previously worked with new customers, that’s great, but perhaps you have the drive to take your experience as an inside salesperson to a new level. A B driver's license is required.

Your new everyday life

As a salesperson at Sesol, you will have two to three meetings per day. About half are booked by our appointment setters, but you need to be comfortable calling customers and door-knocking to book your own visits. To succeed in the job with us, we have also seen that it requires work one or two evenings a week and one weekend a month. We support you in your approach through solid onboarding, sales training, thoughtful introduction by your manager, and continuous feedback.

    Good to know about the employment

    Salary: Fixed and variable, commission from the first sale

    Location: Southern Stockholm

    Start date: By agreement

    Employment conditions: Full-time. We apply a 6-month probationary period for all our employees.
