About the position

In this role, you will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for the operation, development, and management of the entire company's IT environment – from computers and servers to cloud services and telephony.

In the area of digitalization, you will be responsible for our journey to digitalize all areas where it is justifiable. This includes evaluating systems and processes, procurement, implementation, customization, training, support, etc. of the chosen systems/technologies.

Your responsibilities include:

• Procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, telephony, servers, and all other technology/IT equipment. Both hardware & software
• Management and development of IT & digitalization systems based on the needs of the business
• Handling of support cases and security checks – both internally and with external parties such as the group, suppliers, customers, and consultants
• Driving projects for the evaluation and implementation of new systems/equipment
• Assisting in the creation of digital documents/instructions

We are looking for someone who has:

• A relevant IT education or equivalent experience
• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft environments (server/client), Teams, SharePoint, and similar. Experience with Monitor ERP is a plus.
• A strong interest in IT & digitalization solutions and how they can contribute to business development
• A high sense of service and attention to detail

The position is based at our factory in Vislanda. The position is full-time with start date according to agreement.

Scanditronix Magnet AB designs and manufactures custom coils and magnets for use in Research, MedTech, and Industry. Our customers are international research laboratories and companies active in areas such as cancer treatment.

We currently have over 50 employees and an export share of about 70%. We are located in Vislanda, Småland, where we have our manufacturing, assembly, testing, design/development, purchasing, corporate management, etc.
