Where you will work

We are looking for a district nurse for our ASiH team in Täby, Danderyd, Vallentuna, Vaxholm, and Österåker.

The entire operational area consists of ASiH teams based in Täby, Stockholm city center, and Norrtälje. We work on behalf of Region Stockholm. We have close cooperation between the teams, but your placement will mainly be at ASiH Forenede Care in Täby.

We have extensive experience in palliative care and advanced home healthcare. This is a unique opportunity to work in a knowledgeable workgroup with established teamwork. Who are you?

Job responsibilities

Standard job responsibilities as a district nurse within palliative care and advanced home healthcare. The work is done in collaboration with doctors, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and social workers. All professions participate in the planning around the patient.

We are currently looking for a district nurse for a permanent position. 

• Licensed district nurse
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• REQUIREMENTS Driver's license B

Meritorious

Experience in similar operations is meritorious. We see that you have an interest in palliative care.

Working hours/Duration

Permanent employment 75-80%, working hours can be discussed.
