Are you a skilled tech recruiter who loves building teams, creating smart processes, and delivering top-notch candidate experiences? We are now looking for you to take the lead in recruiting some of the industry's most sought-after developers!

Here, you will have overall responsibility from strategy to signing and work closely with decision-makers in an environment where innovation, pace, and quality are in focus. You will have great freedom to design processes, initiate recruitment events, and build strong pipelines.

Examples of tasks:

• Advising on role profiles & process design

• Own responsibility for sourcing, screening & interviews

• Organize and drive recruitment events both physical & digital

• Follow up on KPIs & optimize with data

• Create referral programs and build a candidate bank of tech talents

Your background:

You have at least 5 years of experience recruiting software developers, preferably in fast-growing environments or within startups. You are proactive, creative, and used to building relationships and attracting the right people.

We would like you to have previous experience in planning and executing events, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding activities. We also believe that you have a post-secondary education in HR/recruitment or equivalent work experience that compensates.

Meritorious:

Technical background (e.g., former developer or education in computer science) Experience in scaling teams from zero to full capacity
