We are now looking for a senior recruitment consultant for a consulting assignment where you will lead an entire recruitment process for a department head role within construction and engineering. The assignment is fixed-price and requires high availability during September. Your Role

In this assignment, you are expected to take full responsibility as a consultant for a competency-based recruitment process for a new department head. You will work closely with the client's internal HR and management – but will be responsible for everything except the final interviews, which will be conducted by the client.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create a requirement profile in consultation with the client

  • Advertising and active search

  • Conduct selection and psychological tests

  • Hold interviews and select final candidates

  • Compile presentations for the client

  • Take references and document the process

  • Ongoing reporting during the assignment

Qualifications (mandatory requirements)

  • Senior recruitment consultant with several years of experience in executive recruitment

  • Previous responsibility for the entire recruitment process – from requirement profile to contract

  • Experience in competency-based recruitment and psychological testing

  • Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form

  • Available for assignment immediately in September

When applying, you need to provide examples of previous executive recruitments you have conducted.

Meritorious

  • Experience from the public sector or socially beneficial organizations

  • Recruitments within technology, construction, or real estate

  • Experience presenting candidates in front of client panels

Location

The work can be performed from your own office. Candidate presentations are preferably done physically in Stockholm, but digital presentations are possible if needed.

Scope & Timeline

  • Scope: approx. 65–80 hours

  • Start: As soon as possible, during September

  • End: When the recruitment is completed (no extension)

  • Billing: Fixed price according to the following model:

    • 25% upon advertisement publication

    • 25% upon candidate presentation

    • 50% upon signed contract
