ASSIGNMENT TRAINING: The application period for Svensk Fastighetsförmedling's assignment training via Gävle University College for the autumn semester of 2025 is now open. We offer you the chance to realize your dream of becoming a Real Estate Agent through 21 intensive, enriching, and memorable months. Alongside the training, you will complete an internship at our real estate office in Borlänge.

The training consists of full-time studies of 120 credits (spread over 21 months) at Gävle University College. It provides the theoretical knowledge that allows you to apply to FMI for registration as a real estate agent after graduation. The teaching follows the regular semester schedule.

The training is distance-based with recorded lectures and regular Zoom seminars. Written exams take place at Gävle University College, but there is an option to apply to take exams closer to your home location.

We offer part-time work in the real estate office by agreement.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for someone who has a strong ability to create and maintain customer relationships, is team-oriented, and has a genuine interest in service and sales. You are driven, have a natural talent for understanding and meeting customer needs, and see the value in building long-term contacts. The work as an agent is both fantastic and challenging, and the role requires a high level of responsibility, flexibility, and initiative. It is important to us that you are a team player who is passionate about performing and achieving your goals, while also being a good colleague who wants to contribute to a winning team.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Live in Borlänge and surrounding areas
• Have previous experience in proactive sales
• Have previous experience in service and customer contact
• Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

ABOUT THE TRAINING In connection with the start of the training in September 2025, you will work alongside your studies one day a week in our real estate office in Borlänge. After completing your studies, you will work at our office in Borlänge, which finances your education.

The training is an assignment training, which means it is not eligible for student financial aid (CSN).
