Job Description

We work to harness each individual's strengths and abilities and focus on their specific needs and wishes.

You are responsible for providing customers with high-quality care and support.

This includes, among other things, personal care and support, utilizing the customer's own resources, engaging in activities and social interaction with customers, outdoor activities, preparing, cooking, and serving meals, laundry, and cleaning at the customer's home. Documentation according to Sol, as well as medication delegation.

• Permanent position 100%
• Working hours during day/evening/weekend
• Start date according to agreement
• Driver's license or cycling experience is a requirement

We are looking for someone with a nursing assistant education or experience in care work. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in elderly care. Great emphasis is placed on approach, communication, contact management, and documentation in the journal system.

You enjoy providing good service, building strong relationships, and want to enhance the quality of life for our customers. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about caring for the elderly and can see the individual’s needs.
