We are looking for a key player who wants to be involved from the start and shape how we work with digital marketing. Here you will both set the strategy and execute it yourself – with a full focus on generating leads, building brand, and supporting sales. We believe you thrive on building, testing, improving – and see no obstacles in rolling up your sleeves when needed.

About the role

You have several years of experience in B2B marketing and work data-driven while continuously measuring results to ensure ongoing optimization. This means you analyze and improve everything from campaign outcomes to content performance. At the same time, you are responsible for CRM (Creatio), marketing automation, lead scoring, and campaign flows – ensuring everything works seamlessly to support the organization. You will closely collaborate with the sales team, ensuring that the right leads are converted into business opportunities. Contact with Customer Success is also important, as you contribute to upselling and loyalty through targeted marketing efforts towards existing customers.

Experience

  • Several years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Background from smaller companies, startup/scaleup
  • Experienced in building marketing functions from the ground up
  • Deep technical understanding of digital tools and techniques
  • Experience working with CRM systems (we use Creatio)
  • Knowledge in lead work and how to drive MQL to SQL
  • Comfortable with campaign work, email, web, and other digital channels
  • Experienced in planning – but also ready to quickly shift pace when required

About you

We believe you are a self-driven and proactive person who does not wait for someone else to point the way. You take initiative in what needs to be done and thrive best when you can work hands-on and be operational in your approach. It’s not PowerPoints you are passionate about, but actually driving things to completion. Your understanding of the business is clear, and you see marketing as a business-driving tool where sales and marketing are closely intertwined.

Experience and skills

  • Both brave and curious, excited about building, testing, and adapting
  • You are data-driven in your work and want to measure, understand, improve, and optimize
  • Enjoy collaboration and work closely with both sales and other teams
  • Equally comfortable writing a newsletter as setting a strategy.
  • You solve more problems than you create and leverage available tools
