Do you want to help develop preventive health?
zample, with the brand Testmottagningen.se, is one of Sweden's fastest-growing digital healthcare providers in preventive health. We are now looking for two specialist doctors to join our medical team in Stockholm.
With us, advanced technology meets a clear goal: to help people understand their health data – and act in time. Our operations today mainly consist of blood tests and laboratory analyses, but we are rapidly expanding into imaging diagnostics, especially magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), with the ambition to gradually broaden our offerings.
If you, like us, believe that healthcare should work more preventively and data-driven – then this is the role for you.
About the role
As a doctor with us, you are a key person in helping our customers understand their test results – and in many cases act before symptoms arise. You work closely with patients but digitally, without getting stuck in unnecessary administrative work.
Your main responsibilities:
- Interpret and comment on test results from blood analyses in areas such as cardiovascular, hormones, kidneys, liver, nutritional status, and inflammation.
- Provide advice based on abnormal findings and risk factors – via text or phone.
- Interpret the radiologist's statement in an understandable way for the customer, by transforming medical findings into concrete, easy-to-understand recommendations that guide better lifestyle choices.
- Review medical content in our digital channels (articles, test descriptions, campaign materials).
- Contribute to our technical product development by validating and improving features from a medical perspective.
- Be part of our medical council and support ethical and scientific assessments as well as provide medical advice in the development and quality assurance of our offerings.
You will work in a digital work environment, with some opportunity to combine physical days at the office in Gamla Stan with remote work.
What we offer
- Pioneering work in digital preventive care – where blood tests, MRI, and other examinations are combined for a comprehensive view of health.
- Permanent full-time position – employment directly with us, not a consultancy assignment.
- Nice and centrally located office in Gamla Stan, Stockholm – with some opportunity for hybrid work.
- Minimal administration: Focus on medical content and advice, not journal systems.
- Creative development environment: Collaborate with product teams, AI developers, and marketing to create smart, easy-to-understand health services.
- Safe onboarding and medical support: You will receive the tools and processes you need to feel secure in your role.
Who we are looking for
- You have a Swedish medical license and are a specialist doctor, preferably in radiology, general medicine, internal medicine, endocrinology, or clinical chemistry.
- You have clinical experience from Swedish healthcare and a strong interest in preventive medicine.
- You are digitally savvy, can easily adapt to new technical tools, and thrive in an innovative environment where technology and medicine meet.
- You can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both in writing and speaking.
- You are used to working in a structured, evidence-based manner with digital tools.
- It is an advantage if you have documented experience in imaging diagnostics, especially in MRI.
Scope and start
- Scope: Full-time
- Start: Immediately or by agreement
