Are you a driven and goal-oriented person who enjoys talking on the phone and creating new business opportunities? Then you could be the appointment setter we are looking for at Cloudgruppen! As an appointment setter with us, you will play a central role in booking quality meetings between new potential customers and our salespeople. You will work with outbound calls to business customers in various industries. We provide you with all the tools and support you need to succeed in the role, including training, mentors, and experienced colleagues. Requirements:
- You have at least one year of experience in sales or appointment setting
- You have a knack for, and enjoy contacting business customers via phone
- You have good communication skills both verbally and in writing in Swedish
- You are driven and goal-oriented and can work in a fast-paced environment
