About the role As a chef, you will participate in the daily operations of the kitchen. You will work closely with the head chef, sous chef, and other kitchen staff, as well as serving staff and personnel from other parts of the hotel. At Villa Fridhem, the interaction with the chefs is an important part of the guest journey, and you will therefore spend time daily in our dining rooms, serving food and presenting menus, which places high demands on your social skills and requires an interest in service and guest interaction. We are looking for staff who want to support our kitchen team during days, evenings, and weekends.

Your profile You are passionate about your craft, have an eye for detail, and are self-sufficient in both hot and cold kitchens. We place great importance on attitude and personal qualities, but you should have a solid foundation from a few years of experience in the culinary field. We would like you to be open to working in both of our restaurants, Prins Carl and Aperitif, as well as with our breakfast.

Conditions

- The position is full-time with a 6-month probationary period.

- 5 years of experience as a chef.

- Holds a B driver's license and has access to a car.

- Start date and salary according to agreement. Collective agreement exists.
