We are now looking for a meticulous and dedicated diagnostic technician for our client in Uppsala!

About the position

As a diagnostic technician, you will have the opportunity to work in a modern workshop environment where you are a key person in troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving technical issues on passenger cars and commercial vehicles. The position is full-time with a start date according to agreement. You will be part of a highly skilled team where quality and customer satisfaction are the focus.

Main tasks within diagnostics

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics using modern testing equipment and diagnostic tools
• Analyze technical problems and suggest appropriate measures
• Carry out repairs and service after diagnosis
• Collaborate with mechanics and service technicians to ensure high operational reliability
• Contact customers when necessary to explain technical measures in an educational manner
• Ongoing documentation of completed work in the workshop system

Who are we looking for as a diagnostic technician?

We are looking for someone with previous experience in automotive technology, diagnostics, or troubleshooting. You work systematically, are solution-oriented, and have a strong desire to develop within the technical side of the automotive industry. You are comfortable collaborating in a team but can also take responsibility and work independently.

Qualifications and requirements for diagnostic technicians in Uppsala

• Education in automotive diagnostics, automotive technology, or equivalent
• Experience working with advanced troubleshooting and technical systems in vehicles
• Good computer skills and experience with diagnostic equipment
• Driver's license B is a requirement
• You master Swedish in speech and writing, English is an advantage
