HSB Uppsala is one of Sweden's 23 regional HSB associations, and our area of operation covers Uppsala County. We are owned by our more than 20,000 members, and our mission is to create good, sustainable housing together. Our service offerings are broad and include newly produced condominiums, rental apartments, housing savings, and memberships for condominium associations and individual members. We provide comprehensive property management, and among our clients are condominium associations, rental properties, commercial premises, and private property owners.

Responsibilities and Tasks

At HSB Boservice in Uppland AB, craftsmen and technicians work with everything needed in and around our clients' properties to take care of them in the best way, from repairs and maintenance services to renovations and reconstructions.

As a service electrician, you will plan your workday together with management and colleagues to prioritize and handle incoming tasks. We take on tasks with varying complexity and scope. This means that the work can be performed both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.

Requirements Profile

To thrive and succeed in this role, you have:

• Electrician training and at least 5 years of work experience in the profession
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, and new installations in electrical work
• You are self-driven, solution-oriented, and have a high sense of service, understanding the importance of accuracy
• You master Swedish in both speech and writing as most of the work takes place in people's home environments
• Good computer skills as all reporting is done digitally
• A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement
• Experience with low current or control and regulation systems is an advantage
