Job Description

Are you an experienced process operator with a technical background looking for a new challenge, or do you have an interest in the pharmaceutical industry and want to try something new? We are currently seeking process operators for our client Fresenius Kabi in Uppsala.

The assignment is initially a consulting position for 6 months with good chances of extension or employment with the client. The work is scheduled in a five-shift system, which means you will work according to a rolling five-week schedule where the work varies between day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.

As a process operator, you will work with the operation and monitoring of production processes within the pharmaceutical industry. You are responsible for ensuring that production is carried out according to established quality requirements and that all processes comply with applicable regulations and safety standards. To take on this role, we believe you have a strong technical interest and thrive in an environment with responsibility and precision. Furthermore, we believe you have previously worked in a technical role such as IT technician, machine repair technician, or similar, and practical troubleshooting in both mechanics and electronics is highly meritorious.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks include:

• Operation and monitoring of production equipment and processes.
• Quality control of products and ensuring that the correct specifications are followed.
• Reporting deviations and addressing any issues.
• Documentation of all steps in the production process according to GMP.
• Collaboration with other departments to optimize production flows. 

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a technical background or a strong interest in technology
• Has experience from one of the following roles: production technician, IT technician, mechanic, electrical installer, machine repair technician, operations technician, or similar.
• Has experience in practical troubleshooting
• Has completed a high school diploma or has several years of work experience that we consider relevant.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Is meticulous, responsible, and has a strong work ethic.
• Has the ability to work both independently and in a team.
