Knivstabostäder AB is a municipal company that owns and manages rental apartments in Knivsta. We work long-term to create sustainable and safe living environments for our tenants.
As a property caretaker, you are an important part of our daily operations. You are responsible for the internal maintenance of our properties and have ongoing contact with tenants, contractors, and colleagues.

Your main tasks will include:

Supervision and maintenance of properties
Simpler repairs and corrective maintenance
Handling of maintenance requests
Contact with tenants and daily service
Participation in inspections and apartment transfers
Coordination with contractors as needed

Personal Profile

We are looking for someone who is practical, service-oriented, and solution-focused. You thrive in a varied job where no day is the same and take independent responsibility for your tasks. You see what needs to be done and act accordingly.
At the same time, you are a team player who appreciates collaborating with colleagues and other technicians. Together, we solve challenges and support each other in daily work.

In this role, you are often the first point of contact for our tenants regarding questions or problems. This requires you to be communicative, confident in meeting people, and to engage with tenants in a professional manner. You enjoy finding solutions and see service as an obvious part of your work.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

Experience in property maintenance, operations, or similar practical work
Good technical understanding
Familiarity with customer contact and enjoy working with people
A valid driver's license (B)
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have training in property technology or experience in a similar role in housing companies.
