Alltime Sweden is growing in Uppsala and is therefore looking for a qualified property technician/operations technician.

Alltime Sweden works with qualitative property technical management and property services where customers' needs and wishes should be met beyond expectations.

Job Responsibilities

With us, you will work with property technical management, maintenance, and repairs. Our customers are larger property companies and housing associations, which means that the type of assignments and scope vary.

Job responsibilities include:

• Inspection and internal and external maintenance of properties,
• Function testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance in ventilation, electricity, plumbing, construction,
• Contact with customers and suppliers,
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, ventilation, etc.
• Calculating common repairs and measures.

Education/Experience

You are currently working as an operations technician, ventilation technician, electrician, plumbing installer, carpenter, property technician, or in similar roles. We prefer that you have relevant education in the field and a few years of experience in your profession.

A valid driver's license (B) is required. All reporting is done on a computer and mobile, so experience with computerized reporting programs is desirable.
