We are looking for a team-oriented Maintenance Electrician with knowledge in automation for our operations in Söderfors. Do you have an interest in technology and want to develop with us in an exciting and varied environment where no day is the same? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

Erasteel is the only player in the world dedicated to tool steel, with complete knowledge in design, production, fine distribution, and processing of gas-atomized and powder metallurgical products.

About the position

In this role, you will work with troubleshooting, preventive, planned, and emergency maintenance. Our goal is to have a prepared and planned operation, which means that preparing work orders and coordinating external resources is part of the role. Additionally, you will be responsible for control before commissioning and ensuring that documentation during work is completed/updated. The areas of work include industrial control systems, electrical installations, and electrical power. You will also participate in projects and the company's improvement work.

You will be part of a team responsible for repairs and maintenance of production machines and auxiliary equipment.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Electrical engineering high school education or equivalent training or work experience
• Several years of experience as a maintenance electrician/automation technician in an industrial environment
• Knowledge in automation
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Driver's license B

It is an advantage if you have previous experience with programmable control systems such as ABB, Mitsubishi, and Siemens. Knowledge in electrical power or experience with low current is also an advantage.

📍 Location: Söderfors

The position is full-time and permanent. Start date is according to agreement.

Working hours: The basis is daytime with on-call duty. Shift work may occur.
