We are expanding our service team and looking for a traveling installation technician for our European operations.

Our products for industrial air treatment are based on proprietary technology and contribute to lower energy consumption and a more sustainable indoor climate.

As an installation technician, you will be responsible for new installations and servicing of industrial dehumidifiers at customer sites, primarily in the European market with a focus on Germany. You will lead the installation on-site and act as the company’s technical representative towards the customer’s technicians and end customers. The role involves significant personal responsibility, extensive customer contact, and regular travel. The position is based in Uppsala and involves travel in Europe for about two weeks per month.

Your responsibilities include:

• planning, executing, and documenting installations
• performing service and troubleshooting, both on-site and remotely
• coordinating and leading the installation work at the customer’s site
• ensuring correct functionality during commissioning

We value in you

You have technical experience and a strong technical interest, preferably within field technical installation. You enjoy practical work, are comfortable following technical documentation, and take independent responsibility for planning and executing work from start to finish.

• have a good ability to troubleshoot and analyze technical problems
• are confident and enjoy engaging in dialogue with customers
• take clear overall responsibility in your work
• have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

It is meritorious if you have experience in automation and PLC, as well as knowledge of networks, IP addresses, and connected systems. Experience with Modbus, sensors, and external communication is also a plus, as are basic knowledge of German.
