The Role
We are now looking for someone to join us as a property technician. Here, you will work in a changing environment, alongside colleagues with diverse skills who help shape Bredablick into a top-class company!
As a property technician with us, your workplace will be out at our customers' sites, meaning you will have a mobile job and work across various properties. You will be responsible for the supervision and maintenance of our customers' properties, troubleshooting, service, and repairs, both in private homes and in common areas. Together with your colleagues, you will also perform other property technical tasks.
Examples of Tasks
- Troubleshooting and repairs
- Maintenance service
- Upselling
- Contact with residents and property owners
- Contact with subcontractors

We are looking for someone who
- Has at least 2-4 years of experience in a role as a property technician or equivalent. A qualification as a property technician is considered an advantage.
- If you also have experience in maintenance/repair of ventilation and heating systems, this is considered an advantage.
- A qualification as a property technician or installer is advantageous.
- Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Has a B driver's license (Manual).
- Has good IT skills and understanding of various IT systems.

Additional Information
Location: Uppsala
Extent: Full-time, permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.
