We are looking for an engaged and curious property technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop through varied tasks. You will have the opportunity to work practically, meet customers daily, and learn new technical solutions. Experience with appliances is a plus. A driving license (B) is required.

As a property technician, you will perform operation and maintenance work in commercial properties and handle customer contacts. You will start from the office in Arlandastad in the morning and take the company car to Sigtuna.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. The job requires you to be service-oriented, able to handle multiple cases during a workday, and open to learning new areas and techniques. Experience working with appliances is a plus but not a requirement.

• Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of property technical systems

• Simple installations and replacements of components in apartments and common areas

• Service and repair of appliances — a plus

• Receiving and handling error reports as well as contact with residents and customers

• Documentation of completed work in digital systems and reporting of deviations

• Collaboration with colleagues and project leaders to ensure high quality and good customer experience

• Practical experience in property work, maintenance, or technical service work is a plus

• Experience with appliances is a plus

• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

• Experience in customer contact and the ability to act professionally in meetings with residents and customers

• A driving license (B) is required
