Our service offering is broad and includes newly produced condominiums, rental apartments, housing savings, and memberships for housing cooperatives and individual members. We provide comprehensive property management, and among our clients are housing cooperatives, rental properties, commercial premises, and private property owners.

Responsibilities and tasks

At HSB, tenants and properties are always at the center. As a property manager, you will work broadly and varied with, among other things:

• Patrolling properties, technical rooms, and environmental rooms
• Performing simpler repairs
• Contacting tenants regarding fault reports, planning measures, and feedback
• Service and operational-related matters towards both properties and tenants.
• Planning and conducting apartment viewings, cleaning inspections, and introducing new tenants
• Ensuring that relocations occur smoothly, including name changes and viewings of laundry rooms and waste rooms
• Supporting the property managers as needed

Requirements profile

We are looking for someone who is unpretentious, communicative, driven, and action-oriented. You are an outgoing team player who enjoys a variety of tasks, from small to large and simple to complex. You are used to working independently and have the ability to prioritize and make decisions. As a property manager, it is very important that you are passionate about customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to ensure tenants feel as comfortable as possible.

Furthermore, the following is required:

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• Driver's license (B) and access to your own car

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone who is handy, social, and a communicative problem solver. You will be the primary contact person for tenants, which requires you to meet people in a professional and secure manner with a service mindset.

As a property manager, you are HSB's face to the tenants, and therefore it is of great importance that you work customer-oriented and strive to maintain a high and well-kept standard for the properties.

More about the position

The position is a full-time position at HSB Uppsala. The work is primarily carried out at our properties in Enköping but may also occur in Uppsala. We apply a six-month probationary period.
