The role

The role as Process Technician in production includes the following:

• Get trained and maintain knowledge in the different manufacturing processes for our various products.
• Executing all steps in manufacturing processes incl chemical processing, packaging and labelling, strictly following our quality and safety instructions.
• Cleaning of equipment prior to use and after manufacturing.
• Be equipment owner for specific equipment in manufacturing and for that equipment setup preventive maintenance plan.
• Ensure that equipment is maintained and calibrated according to preventive maintenance plan.
• Take the lead for the overall preventive maintenance plan for the company and ensure that plans are set up and executed.

Qualifications

• Experience with working as a process technician within life science.
• Experience with large scale production, especially chemical synthesis.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and calibration.
• Good documentation practice and experience from working with GMP and/or ISO9001.
• Experience from working in an environment with high focus on safety incl EX classified areas.
• Knowledgeable in English in speech and in writing. Knowledgeable in Swedish is favorable.
