We are now looking for our next Site Service Manager for Cytiva's site in Uppsala. In the role of Site Service Manager, you will lead a team of 5 direct reports and several suppliers who together are responsible for providing the services and resources needed for the facility to operate efficiently, safely, and comfortably. This includes everything from the site's restaurant, cleaning, and reception services to waste management, transport, and handling of hazardous materials. As Site Service Manager, you will report to the Director of Facility Management and be part of the FM management team. The position is a permanent employment based in Uppsala.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic and operational Site Service (soft FM) for Cytiva Uppsala.
  • Budget and personnel responsibility for the section.
  • Lead the development and management of Site Service to ensure that operations can be conducted effectively.
  • Overall responsibility for Site Service's larger service agreements (e.g., waste management, cleaning, restaurant, and reception).

Who you are

  • Education in a relevant field (e.g., property management, logistics, or finance) or equivalent work experience.
  • At least five years of relevant work experience in the field.
  • Experience in leading and delegating work from previous roles as a team leader, manager, or project leader.
  • Experience working with supplier procurement.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical/medical technology industry is an advantage.
  • Fluent communication in both Swedish and English.
