What You Will Do
As a management leader, you will establish and lead interim management of buildings, technical systems, land areas, etc., that exist today or are gradually handed over from contractors. These facility assets must be maintained and managed until the entire facility is ready for handover. Initially, you will need to develop a strategy for receiving facility assets and building a future operations organization.

- Building an organization for interim management.
- Coordinating and resourcing the work with interim management of the existing land areas and facilities of the final repository.
- Developing and documenting appropriate working methods for interim management.
- Representing the interim management area in the Spent Fuel Repository program and coordinating contacts with SKB's operations department.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- Technical education at an academic level or equivalent acquired experience.
- Several years of experience in the operation and management of properties, for example from the industry.
- Experience in leadership/project management.
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who easily takes initiative and can demonstrate clear examples of proactivity by independently driving processes forward. You are confident in making decisions and take responsibility for creating structure and order in your work. As the days can vary, you are adaptable and can engage in different tasks. Since the role involves many points of contact, both internally and externally, you have good collaboration skills and are eager to initiate networking with others.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English as well as a driver's license B is required.
