Are you passionate about data-driven development and business-oriented project management? We are now looking for an experienced project manager for an exciting assignment at the heart of Swedish infrastructure – where technology, analysis, and traveler experience meet!

About the assignment

You will step in as a project manager in a strategic IT initiative aimed at improving passenger flows, enabling smarter decisions, and increasing revenue opportunities through data-driven solutions.

More specifically, you will work with:

• Leading and coordinating business-oriented IT projects where technology, analysis, and business intersect
• Developing and visualizing passenger flows and customer journeys based on data 
• Identifying and addressing data quality issues that affect decisions and experiences
• Acting as a link between technical teams, business, business development, and external suppliers, contributing to making the customer more data-driven

The assignment will start with a feasibility study where analysis and investigation will form the basis for a decision-making document and future direction. The decision will be crucial for the continued project planning, including potential system procurement.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant academic degree
• Documented experience leading IT/business projects with good results
• Experience managing projects with many stakeholders and high complexity
• Good understanding of passenger/customer flows, logistics, or mobility
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decisions
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• A combination of structure, independence, and good collaboration skills
• Leadership that creates engagement and security within the project team
• Fluent in Swedish

Meritorious:

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2)
• Experience from transport, public transport, or the public sector
• Familiarity with procurement according to LUF and working under external regulations
