We are now looking for an accounting administrator for an assignment with one of our clients in Helsingborg, starting in September.

Job Responsibilities

You will play a central role in administering the company's finances and handling ongoing tasks such as:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations in Business Central, including bank reconciliations
• Accounts receivable and payable, including handling foreign payments
• Reports and declarations, such as VAT and AGI reporting to the Swedish Tax Agency, as well as administration of Intrastat
• Allocation of costs for incoming goods
• Payroll administration in Visma Lön

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has post-secondary education in economics, for example in accounting or a similar field
• Has a good economic understanding and previous experience in similar tasks
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Lives in Helsingborg or nearby areas

It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in Business Central and/or Visma Lön.

You have an eye for detail and take responsibility for getting things right from the start. In your work, you are structured and responsible, and you enjoy working with administrative tasks. You thrive in a smaller team and have the ability to prioritize and plan your own work.

About the Assignment

• Start Date: Early to mid-September
• Scope: Part-time, 50% (approximately 4 hours per day)
• Location: At the client in Helsingborg
• Duration: 3–4 months, with the possibility of hourly employment thereafter
• Assignment Type: Mobile employee via Logent Bemanning
