As an Account Manager with us, you will be responsible for contacting new and existing customers and building long-term relationships. The work includes several main areas:
* Build long-term customer relationships and constantly ensure that Cloudgruppen meets customer needs. * Wanting to help strengthen Cloudgruppen's position further in the market * Building your own customer portfolio with recurring customers and revenue. * Through outgoing calls, book video and physical meetings, where you either independently or together with a colleague conduct customer meetings. You should enjoy spending a lot of time with customers. The role of Account Manager is a challenging and varied role where you have the opportunity to develop your skills in many different areas, and where your efforts are directly related to Cloudgruppen's success. No day is the same. As a person, you enjoy challenges and are willing to roll up your sleeves where needed. You are driven by sales and building long-term relationships with others. You also dare to think and be independent, enjoy taking your own initiatives, and are solution-oriented. Our customers are the most important to us, and they should be for you as well. * You have the ability to take initiative and a strong desire to take on challenges * You can think broadly but are also detail-oriented * You are fearless, driven, and competitive * A charismatic and sales-oriented personality * The drive to create results and profitability for us and our customers * Fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing. Requirements: * We are looking for someone with previous sales experience, B2B is an advantage but not a requirement - What we value most is your attitude, willingness & competence and this will be decisive for this role * High school education Preferred: * Experience with CRM systems. * Phone experience * Worked with digital and physical customer meetings
