Responsibilities

As a project manager, you will lead the project planning work from early stages to finished construction documentation. You will analyze materials, procure consultants, and coordinate work between different disciplines. You will set project budgets, follow up on timelines, ensure quality of documents, and ensure that working methods are adhered to – while refining them as part of your ongoing work. The project planning begins in the bidding phase, which means you will help plan staffing and ensure that the right expertise is in place for each project. The role involves acting as a contact person for external project managers, where you will also work closely with site managers, project managers, and clients, handling questions regarding work environment as BAS-P during the planning and construction phases and following projects into production when needed. In some projects, you will act as the project manager with associated tasks.

This is a role for someone who does not want to lean back into a fixed mold but rather wants to help create a clear and efficient working method – a method where we do not lose parts of the project planning along the way, despite a high pace and many involved parties.

• Analyze materials, procure consultants, and coordinate work between different disciplines
• Set project budgets, follow up on timelines, ensure quality of documents, and ensure that working methods are adhered to
• Plan staffing and ensure that the right expertise is in place for each project
• Act as a contact person for external project managers, where you will also work closely with site managers, project managers, and clients
• Handle questions regarding work environment as BAS-P during the planning and construction phases and follow projects into production when needed
• Act as project manager in some projects with associated tasks

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience as a project manager, either from roles as a site manager in construction that have provided equivalent experience or a background in project planning
• Experience with renovation and refurbishment work
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driving license B

You drive the work forward with a focus on collaboration between different disciplines and create structure where needed. Your curiosity allows you to quickly understand others' perspectives, which helps you to comprehend and improve both working methods and processes. You are confident in yourself, maintain focus even under time pressure, and manage tight deadlines without losing direction. Your communication skills enable you to clearly explain and stand by your decisions – both internally and in dialogue with clients and partners.
