Together with Hemköp Lidköping C, we are now looking for an employee who will be responsible for our meat department. To thrive in this role, you appreciate taking on significant responsibility and driving your department forward.
The role includes having primary responsibility for the store's manual meat department with in-store butchering and orders. In addition, you will ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and tidy, with a particular focus on our fresh produce department. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer interactions, sales, and ensuring we maintain the highest quality. Being interested in food is a prerequisite for the role. To thrive with us, you should also be a team player and detail-oriented. Additionally, you should enjoy a fast-paced environment. We prefer that you have previous experience in butchering from retail, restaurants, or the slaughter industry. If you are not currently a trained butcher, we can assist with training. The important thing is that you have the willingness and ability!
We also want you to be communicative, cheerful, positive, and stress-resistant. The store has good future prospects and is under continued positive development. For the right candidate, this means there is room for growth within the store and the company.

The position is a permanent full-time employment, with a probationary period applied. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, and weekends. Start date for the position is according to agreement.
