We at Securitas are currently looking for a team leader for a stationary object in Mjölby. Here you will work together with managers to create the right conditions for our employees. In this role, you will work as a guard, but your main task is to ensure that your team has the right conditions to carry out their daily and nightly work in the best possible way.

Through your engagement in the team and clear leadership, you lay the foundation for well-cohesive teams. At Securitas, we want to be the best in our industry, and as a team leader, you will have a significant impact through regular dialogue with both the customer and the employees around you.

You will, for example:

• lead and plan work effectively for both patrol and stationary customers
• introduce, train, develop, and follow up on staff
• be involved in scheduling, vacancy solutions, and BO optimization
• manage and ensure good contact with both large and small customers
• ensure that Securitas policies are followed and adhered to

Requirements

Mandatory

• You are a trained guard, at least VU2
• Have experience in the security industry
• Approved grades in Swedish and English from the first year of high school
• Driver's license B

Meritorious

• Experience in leadership
• Good knowledge of the geographical work area covered by the position
• Experience with our support systems (e.g., Tools, GSP)
