Your role in Linköping's development As a Technical Specialist in fire safety at Lejonfastigheter, you will primarily work on strengthening our safety work and increasing knowledge about building technical fire protection and systematic fire safety work within the company. You are an expert in fire safety issues and act as an advisor internally at Lejonfastigheter. Here, you will have the opportunity and space to be innovative and forward-thinking within the framework of our mission and goals. You will have great autonomy and drive your work forward.

You will mainly work with:

• Ensuring that documentation regarding the fire protection of properties is prepared and kept up to date.
• Participating in operational planning and follow-up, as well as continuously analyzing reported incidents related to fire and fire alarms.
• Participating in maintenance planning, mapping the current situation, defining needs, and developing cost and action plans for maintenance and development needs related to fire protection.

What you bring to us We are looking for someone with a degree in fire engineering or other academic education that provides equivalent competence. You have experience in building technical fire protection and are accustomed to working closely with customers. To thrive in this role, you need to have a good sense of service and the ability to explain technical details in a way that is understandable for internal and external colleagues.

We are looking for someone who thinks strategically and is structured. You are attentive, solution-oriented, and orderly. You are independent and used to driving your own work but also enjoy collaborating both internally and with external customers. The role involves many points of contact and varied tasks, so it is important that you are flexible, have good communication skills, and the ability to manage processes effectively.
