Boncena is a family business founded out of passion and longing for the delicacies that Croatia has to offer. In 1971, their family moved from the Croatian coast to Sweden. After many years of vacationing in Croatia, they realized that those who travel there had the same problem; no one could bring enough charcuterie and delicacies home. Therefore, they followed their hearts and started importing the products they had longed for all these years. Today, Boncena is Sweden's largest supplier of delicacies from Croatia and aims to be the best partner for stores!

Responsibilities

As an inside salesperson at Boncena, you will be responsible for sales and customer relationships within your district. You will work closely with their stores and serve as an important sales support – always with the goal of driving sales and creating value for both the customer and the store. Through the phone, you will build strong relationships with their existing customers while developing the business by suggesting campaigns, highlighting news, and finding new ways to increase sales in-store. This is a role for you who enjoys taking responsibility, likes to do business, and wants to work in a company with strong products and engaged colleagues.

• Be responsible for sales and customer relationships within your district
• Act as sales support to our stores and drive campaigns
• Develop and nurture existing customer relationships via phone
• Contribute to increased sales through proactive efforts and customer dialogues

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Approved high school diploma
• Experience in sales, both via phone and in personal meetings
• Ability to drive business independently and take responsibility for your results
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
