About the role

Do you want to contribute to a greener urban environment – but without standing in the flowerbed every day?

We are now looking for a Team Leader in Landscaping and Gardening for our client – a role where you will help lead the development of outdoor environment projects from idea to reality. You will have an overall responsibility for planning, follow-up, and finances, rather than participating in daily fieldwork.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning and following up on gardening projects

- Submitting and following up on bids

- Coordinating work teams and resources

- Communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

- Supporting procurement and calculations

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a degree in horticulture (YH/KY or equivalent)

- Has experience in gardening or landscaping contracting

- Is organized, solution-oriented, and has good financial understanding

- Holds a driver's license (B)

- Thrives in a leadership role with responsibility for both results and relationships

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in cost estimation or project management

- Work on roads, chainsaw/brush cutter certification

- Knowledge of public procurement
