SITE MANAGER, PC, starting as soon as possible

In this recruitment, JRF Mark AB collaborates with Personal Roslagen.

Your responsibilities

As Site Manager/PC, your main task is to manage JRF Mark's assignments towards the company's clients, often municipalities, property companies, and housing associations, with both operational and financial responsibility. Since the work is independent, it requires good leadership skills, organizational ability, the ability to plan your days, as well as good initiative and responsiveness.

Start of work as soon as possible.

Your profile

To be considered for this position, you must have at least a high school education in gardening/parks. The role requires good machine competence for the described operations. You should have several years of professional experience in the industry and be accustomed to leading and distributing work. A B driver's license (manual) is a requirement; other classes of driver's licenses and any driving certificates are advantageous. The work also requires business-like administrative skills with computer proficiency and good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. Experience in quotation calculations and in management and control within land and construction is also advantageous.

As a person, we see that you have good social skills, are positive, responsible, independent, and skilled at planning and organizing. You should also be structured and able to collaborate easily with clients, suppliers, colleagues, and your own staff. A strong team spirit and cohesion remain an important part of the company.

Since our clients are located in Norrort, Stockholm, and Roslagen, it is an advantage if you reside in Norrort or Roslagen.

The position is a permanent full-time employment.
