Raoul Wallenberg School Skövde has expanded from 80 students to just over 900 from preschool to grade 9. Over 500 of these students are in the upper grades. The school operates under the motto "making a positive difference" and our ambition is to be the most attractive primary school in Skövde. We have a clear value base based on our guiding principles where order and structure are in focus. We place great importance on creating a common approach to teaching and other activities. The interest in our school concept is very high, and therefore our ambition is to build and establish several new schools in both Skövde and Skaraborg in the coming years.

Who are you?

We are looking for a primary school teacher qualified to teach Arabic as a mother tongue for grades 1-9. We seek skilled, driven, and engaged teachers who, like us, are passionate about making a positive difference for different types of students – both those who need special support and those who require significant challenges. We are looking for someone who shares our values and our passion for children and education. Within RWS schools, we work according to common lesson routines that create opportunities for a conducive learning environment, safety, and curiosity. As a primary school teacher at RWS Skövde, you will work in teams and plan and collaborate with other class teachers and subject teachers for the student's learning throughout the day.

With good didactic skills, solid subject knowledge, a clear structure, and varied teaching tailored to the individual student, you create the best conditions for our students to meet the knowledge requirements. You view documentation and assessment of students' knowledge development as an integral part of your work. You see yourself as an important part of the effort to create good conditions for students' learning. You have strong leadership that conveys a clear lesson structure, safety, clear expectations, and relationship-building. You are well acquainted with digital tools. You see collaboration as a natural way to develop and improve. The classrooms are equipped with projectors, students have access to Chromebooks, and we actively work with our learning platform – Canvas.

The position is a temporary employment at 10% from September 1, 2025, until June 10, 2026.

Start date is September 1, 2025, or by agreement.
