As a guest service representative at Funäsdalsberget, you are a natural information point helping guests find their way, purchase lift tickets, locate ski school bookings, and provide tips and information about the area. You are also responsible for keeping the reception tidy and ensuring that all information reaching guests is up to date.

We are looking for someone who:

Sees interaction with guests as your primary task and thrives in a flexible and solution-oriented work group. The guest service team is small but works closely with the ski school located in the same part of the building, and you will also have close contact with other departments. You enjoy helping out where needed and have an eye for the details that will make guests feel comfortable with us! We would like you to have good computer skills and be able to communicate well in writing and speaking in both Swedish and English. Experience in reception work or other guest contact is an advantage.

The position is 75%.
