About the role

As a pharmacist at Apoteket Loket, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medications and health.

We are a family-run medium-small pharmacy located in the Loket mall in central Nässjö, close to the train station and long-term parking. Here, you are invited to become part of a wonderful team consisting of three pharmacists and three technicians. There are great opportunities for growth and development in various roles and areas of responsibility if there is interest.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through advice and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills where you contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the pharmacy and medication landscape
• You have experience working with considerate upselling from a service perspective
