About the position As a mechanic, you will work with everything from service to qualified troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs. You will plan your work together with the workshop manager and our operations department. You will work both independently and in a team. The position is located in Malung.  Qualifications • You have a vehicle technical education at the high school level or equivalent work experience. Preferably in heavy vehicles. • You prioritize safety in your work for both yourself, your colleagues, and our passengers. • You can work independently and in a team. • You have good computer skills. • You hold a B driver's license. Meritorious  • C and/or D driver's license. • Experience with high-voltage buses. • AC Certification • Knowledge or familiarity with diagnostic tools or other specialized skills.

Your profile We are looking for someone with a strong interest in vehicles and mechanics. We prefer that you have previous work experience and good references. Furthermore, we see that you are a good team player who contributes your skills to the group and that you have the ability to work independently when required. About Sälen Buss  Sälen Buss AB is a family business operating in Sälen, Malung, and Mora. We conduct both charter and scheduled traffic with approximately 40 buses and also have about 12 taxis. Today, there are about 70 employees at the company. Sälen Buss has been in the Sälen mountains since 1999. We started with tourist bus traffic and taxi services. In 2013, the business expanded to include lift buses and night traffic during the ski season. At the same time, we also started running conference trips to and from the Sälen mountains. Since July 1, 2014, we have also been operating all scheduled traffic and school transport in the Malung-Sälen municipality. We operate all our vehicles with fossil-free diesel made from 100% renewable raw materials! Our buses are stationed in Sälen, Fiskarheden, and Malung, where our workshop and administration are also located.
