We are looking for a senior project manager for a comprehensive digitization assignment within the healthcare sector. The focus is on leading and coordinating the implementation of modern IT solutions for ordering and inventory systems. The assignment involves coordination between several acute hospitals and healthcare units and also includes support in developing an overarching IT roadmap for future development of the central systems.

We are looking for a project manager with technical expertise who can confidently take responsibility for leading both larger programs and individual projects. By project, we mean both independent projects and larger programs consisting of several sub-projects.

As a project manager, you are expected to take overall responsibility for the project's delivery, according to a defined project directive. You will:

• Lead project members and staff the project team

• Plan and structure the project

• Distribute activities and ensure progress

• Organize and structure the project/program effectively

Project Management:

• Plan the project's execution

• Develop a communication plan

• Establish a clear project organization with defined roles and responsibilities

• Deliver the solution according to established design

• Drive development, configuration, and testing of the solution

• Ensure that training is conducted as needed

• Keep the project within budget

Follow-up & Reporting:

• Conduct stakeholder analysis

• Identify and manage risks

• Monitor the project's finances

• Report status to the steering group and project client

• Inform about any deviations in a timely manner

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, purchasing, warehousing, or order flows
• At least 5 years of experience leading technical implementation projects with multiple stakeholders and actors
• At least 5 years of documented ability to coordinate a large number of actors in complex environments
• Solid experience leading workshops and driving process design
• Experience from larger publicly funded organizations as a project or process leader
• Very good ability to involve managers and employees and create engagement
• Strong understanding of customer perspective, target design, and strategic processes
• Competence in IT architecture and strategic IT issues
• Fluent in Swedish

Desirable

• Experience in healthcare logistics and supply management
• Experience working on developing IT roadmaps
• Assignments in the public sector as a project or process leader
