We at Attendo are now looking for a licensed nurse for our facility Attendo Orgelgatan. We have 100 apartments spread over six floors, three dementia departments, and three nursing departments.

Attendo Orgelgatan is a lifestyle residence with the concept of Culture & Leisure, which means that we take advantage of Uppsala's rich culture and entertainment.

We are now looking for a nurse for one of our departments.

About the role As a nurse with us in our residences, you will have a varied job where you work long-term to increase the quality of life for the residents, but you are also the one who makes assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more healthcare interventions at a specialized level take place in the residence. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. You have a leading role with great opportunities to influence the operations.

As a nurse within Attendo, you are significant, and your competence is highly valued. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks. You are part of the team working to empower the individual.  Main responsibilities

• Care responsibility for the residents in your department
• Teamwork around each resident
• Supervision of nursing staff
• Medication management

Who are you?

As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy supervising and delegating nursing tasks to healthcare staff and are motivated by creating high-quality care for those living with us together with your colleagues.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse
• Work experience, preferably in elderly care
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
